The Cost Summary may include such items as:

  • Familiarisation visit – including flights, accommodation, car hire etc

Expense administration

We take responsibility for the management of all third party provider invoices, ensure payment within terms and submit a single consolidated invoice to our client.

Expenses and disbursements are managed via our online expense database, providing transparent cost tracking for each assignment, viewable by HR and appropriate client and organisation management.

Policy and procedures management

We ensure your company’s relocation policy is applied consistently to all assignments, and can advise when policies require reviewing or updating.
